      Work Life balance, enthusiastic focus on employee well being. Catered lunches and massages were great benefits.

      Pros

      The culture here at COCC is the reason I stay here. Everyone is great to work with and management is some of the best management I have ever come across. The work/life balance is something that COCC has always been amazing with and every year they strive to make it a priority for the employees as they understand that life and situations just happen. There is always room to grow here at COCC between the training that is available to you as well as the ability to move up or to another department. My favorite thing about COCC is that they make sure every move you make career wise is something that suits you and will help you further your career. The company does a lot for its employees and there are always fun activities throughout the year to show us how much they appreciate the hard work we do. I can honestly say this is a true work family and I couldn't be happier here.

      Cons

      I really do not have any cons for working here at COCC. One thing could have been the work/life balance but since I have started here I feel as though management has understood how important it is to have that balance as everyone here does has thing in their lives that are very important to them. Every year COCC continues to look at that balance and make adjustments to make this easier for their employees.

      Pros

      COCC is a great company to work for. They care about the employees, both personally and professionally. With the company growth the are lots of opportunity to advance you career. When you go above and beyond there are a number of ways to be recognized, which is great because we all want to know our work is valued.

      Cons

      The one area I feel could be worked on is the ability to work remotely.
