Pros
clients are interesting and can walk in and receive services without much wait time. New buildings are nice. Good learning experiences. Doctors approachable and available. They have a 403B and decent vacation time. Most people work hard and have good intentions. No micromanaging...
Cons
not much management at all. HR unavailable. Poor supervision. Supervisors unavailable and unresponsive. Case managers have ridiculously large caseloads. I had almost no training (beyond the basic required HR training) and was placed in situations where I was expected to work outside my scope of practice --seemed unethical to me.
