      Pros

      They will occasionally provide you with breakfast or lunch. Depending on the position the pay is good.

      Cons

      Since this company has had significant budget cuts they take it out on their employees. They leave each employee remaining with the work of three people. They no longer show much staff support. They also tend to give their clients the runaround when it comes to anything simple related to their treatment.

      Pros

      Good Benefits including PTO, cafeteria allowance and health savings account. Direct providers are caring towards members, just overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership neglects employees and does not look out for employee well being. Administration is completely disconnect from service providers.

      Pros

      CODAC has really great wrap around services for their patients and you really work as a team for their benefit. They offer generous vacation/sick time after 6 months and help pay for licensing requirements. I really enjoyed working there, learned a lot.

      Cons

      Very early morning hours; sometimes overworked/understaffed.
