Pros

Very low cost home services, great benefits, compensation, senior management, and colleagues.

Cons

Middle management did not provide a positive atmosphere to work in. Any management levels above that were excellent, and I'd work for them again any day, however, when middle management is not willing to work with you or support you; it makes for a serious challenge. Again, this seemed only within the department I was associated with.
