You'll never ran out of things to do as a data analyst. I have a lot of ad-hoc reports, data exploration and long-term projects. This the company that helped me improve my skills in SQL and learned new reporting tool like Tableau.

Cons

Sometimes, you'll get overwhelmed with tasks from squads.
