Heaven for incompetent bullies

Pros

Work Life balance, just relax and don't be smart.

Cons

Credentials(education and experience) of the management often don't match their positions . People with totally irrelevant backgrounds are managing smart people and bullying them. I heard that from a manager/director bragging about rejecting a PHD graduate.
