Pros

Cogeco Is a smallish company (compared to Rogers & Bell) with more heart and reliability than their bigger competitors. Employees are treated with respect and are always listened to for new ideas or suggestions.

Cons

Post Covid, with remote work, majority of the office is empty now and its sad to see as it was vibrant with employees and events before.
