Pros
The starting salary is decent with a raise at 6months and a year. Annual raises based on performance.
Cons
They do not staff enough people so service levels bottom out constantly. Management pads the service level numbers so they look good but that only alters the forecasting for the future. The sales targets are a joke - they are way too high. Very few people actually make the target and thus get commission. Scheduling can and will force you in on your weekends off. Seniority is a joke because they change the rules all the time. Management is not concerned with employee morale at all.
