I worked here for more than a year. This company was previously known as InBetween IT services. I have copied part of this review from there and have added some of my part in it, because nothing has changed over the years. 1.Flexible time.(but this can turn into cons also, coz u may have to stay over nights also, and this day and night stay continues for like months.) 2.New technologies to handle. Join this company IF AND ONLY IF you have no other option. If any fresher is joining here, then he should rethink thrice. Do not ruin your life by joining this company.

I am giving one star because I cant give 0 or -ve stars. Everything about this company can be called fake. They have fake HR policies, no documentation for processes and to top it all, they have no ethical values. No any extra curricular activity is involved here. Earlier, there used to have some games, some celebrations at special occasions, but after some financial cricis everything is stopped. NO CELEBRATION of anything. There is no actual employee bonding activities. Founding team loves to play favourites with prejudice. All the top management pretend to know technology. Apart a few exceptions, others love to flaunt their Apple products. The company has a weird policy of having to serve 3 months of notice period or pay a hefty amount to leave otherwise.
