Chairs need to be replaced, they are now planning to move to a new location. Maybe it will be better there. There are some activities that HR plans, but in my previous company we used to have more... Infrastructure can be improved overall

- Negative vibes all around - No peace of mind at work - clumsy manages and seniors - No target at work - frequent change in work every time - No quality work - Sr People shouts employee on floor itself - Lack experienced managers, who believes they know everything - Freshers are asked to work on irrelevant technologies which has no scope at all - Lots of good employees are left already and many are leaving - New good Experienced employees are leaving withing a month or two
