I wish I found CORA when I was younger- working at CORA has been an incredible opportunity for both professional and personal growth in the six months I have been here. The company allows you to make a meaningful impact on patient care and also on team development, clinic culture and overall operational success.Leadership is encouraged and mentorship is supported and growth is truly attainable

Cons

only con is patient load BUT.. we are here to serve the entire community-excluding noone.. so keeping that in mind it is so rewarding

Spectacular Team Environment within the clinic Flexibility Benefits Fast Pace Learn a lot about the other side of insurances Interact with all different types of patients and DX's

Cons

Turnover rate within the PSC role Salary - Should be more vs workload given Call centerish feeling as of late Recognition can be better (work anniversaries), holiday bonus etc. would be nice addition

I'm completely impressed with working for Cora's Bart Team. Communication between teams is fantastic, and I feel supported on a daily basis which in turns makes my job a pleasant one.

While your perspective differs from recent teacher survey feedback—where most teachers described SON as supportive and 93% felt comfortable discussing issues with their administrator—we recognize that communication, efficiency, and workload are areas where we continue to grow. While we have no record of any staff concerns being suppressed or feedback being fabricated, we remain deeply committed to listening, learning, and strengthening a respectful and supportive working environment for all staff.
