Great until a pandemic hits the nation

Pros

Local markets are great, free food, nice benefits, good culture. Fun place to work! I probably would’ve had a 5 star review if it wasn’t for how they handled COVID-19.

Cons

Nothing says you care about your employees like cutting your lowest paid employees during a pandemic. No severance, no vacation payout, just a phone call telling you your job has been eliminated and your final check will be in the mail. This happened in the middle of March 2020. Also, lots of old people in this company... like zombie old. Majority of the company will be eligible for retirement benefits in 3-4 years, if they aren’t already.

Benfits, occasionally taking home food if the gestapo allow, flexible schedule, generally good people who work there

Cons

Do not promote from with in, known for paying poorly, no real open door policy with management, no bonuses

Pros

Co- workers in sales and administration up to lower level management (team leads) are great to work with and are supportive.

Cons

If you are not part of the "in group" regardless of tenure, you are suppressed by upper level management in many ways. No increase in pay yet more work is piled on you and you are expected to put in however much time it takes without additional compensation in form of bonuses or increases. When increases are given annually, it is around 3%, max of 5%.
