Pros

Co- workers in sales and administration up to lower level management (team leads) are great to work with and are supportive.

Cons

If you are not part of the "in group" regardless of tenure, you are suppressed by upper level management in many ways. No increase in pay yet more work is piled on you and you are expected to put in however much time it takes without additional compensation in form of bonuses or increases. When increases are given annually, it is around 3%, max of 5%.

Flexible schedule. Great team to work with. Everyone supports eachother daily/weekly for projects, shows and overall supportive environment.

Cons

Difficult metrics to achieve. However you are given plenty of time to correct failures, it’s stressful along the way to keep head above water.
