I LOVE the people in this organization! CORT works diligently to care for them and the customers everyday. It is truly like a family and I am glad to belong. As far as I can compare, CORT doesn't have a direct competitor who does everything that we do to the level that we do it! #ProudCORTEmployee #Happy50thAnniversaryCORT

Cons

We are not immune to the same things that plague companies nation-wide. We all work hard and often, especially being short-staffed in some areas and experiencing turnover due to "The Great Resignation". However, It is very common that those who choose to leave decide to return because the culture is a positive one.

Management not so much. In need of fresh blood. I do so much more than my job, and am not compensated for it.
