Pros

It is affiliated with the Berkshire Hathaway umbrella of companies, and through my experience, if you prove to be the best in your field then there are very lucrative incentives and benefits

Cons

There is no upward mobility. The GM's and Regionals are old and complacent and refuse to move upward or laterally. they have successfully impeded the progress of all that follow.

Pros

Work from Home most of the time and I get to get in front of the customer some of the time.

Cons

They do not deliver what I am selling to the customer. I spend more time apologizing for bad delivers of Office Furniture than I do for anything else and that is what I sell Office Furniture rentals. Poor communication throughout company.

Pros

Cort takes great care of their employees in terms of ethics and rights. Salary is competitive and the people who works there are great.

Cons

There are not many downsides of working at Cort as I can think of. One for me personally is that I am located far away from my office.
