Fun colleagues but high expectations

Pros

- clothes allowances - supportive colleagues and like minded people - able to experiment with fashion - pay considered high - shorter work hours for part timers - annual bonus for full and part timers

Cons

- expected to achieve unbelievable daily sale targets - favoritism - changes in system that only favor managements in terms of money - very customer oriented, even if customers are wrong we have to be on their side. - too many terms to be able to get monthly commissions and can be changed anytime - no work life balance if you are a full timer
