Pros
- Biggest pro are definitely my coworkers. They are always willing to lend a hand and I really feel that we adhere strongly to the "we are one team" motto. - I like the aesthetic of their clothing and store environment, so it's a pleasant place to be most of the time. - Customers are usually decent/nice.
Cons
- Hours can be inconsistent. - The discount/clothing allowance. It's not *bad*, per se, but I would categorize this more as "it's not nothing" rather than "it's great." 25% off is maybe good at H&M, but not at COS.
