-large team and due to size of shop, its easy to be unaware of others locations. -communication -lack of management -low pay -lack of training

The company provides more training than normal retail companies. Opportunities are given to climb the retail ladder. There really is a sense of one team.

Cons

Like all retail pay the pay here at Cos is pretty low. However it's a great place to start building experience.
