Great company culture, values and workspace The people within my team are good and nice to hang out with Allocation money is good but restricted, trying to take care of our work-life balance even tho not much has changed about that
Cons
Ridiculous expectations from people in higher positions Constantly on the shopfloor engaging with customers then being asked if I have checked the emails… I am being asked to be on the floor nonstop then they want me to know everything and be up to date?! like why do I feel bad when as a manager I go to the back of house and feeling like I need to rush back?! Too exhausting to have 2 days off only to have time to properly LIVE Floor manager position is just sucks when you need to be a manager, sales advisor and visual at the same time when your Store manager TELLS YOU to always be on the shopfloor… super stressful!
