Company invest a lot of time on training and prepping you for the job.

Cons

The pay doesn't equal to the amount of work you do. Anyone in upper management or HR doesn't care about your concerns or comments. Management turns staff against each other to compete for promotion. No team work and the management staff is lazy and full of lies. The management ultimalty controls if you get promoted or not so once you get on their bad side your done!

If youre willing to move the abilty to progress is really fast. The brand believes in fdevelooing their staff this means specific trainings for staff who are willing to learn. There are really good discounts for 6 brands. Strong aesthetic in everything they do.

Cons

There can be a lot of internal competition for certain higher positions. Pay could be a lot better. False promises of expansion. Uniform allowance could be higher especially for full timers Sometimes not enough interaction with area teams
