Pros

Great team of people, location, and overall brand feel. Good amount of money for clothing allowance, however not enough to actually buy more than 2 full outfits and have to use other similar COS like brands available elsewhere.

Cons

Impossible targets to achieve, hence no bonus! No data system between shops and have to call each and every shop to check for garments. No internal lines either!

Pros

Has a good work-life balance, the environment is constantly motivational, and learning new things everyday where it's never a boring routine.

Cons

A slow career progression is the only downside. Too many employees fighting for a promotion thus it builds negative tension amongst colleagues.

Pros

Staff are great, amazing clothes of course. Staff card discount and uniform after 3 months. The atmosphere of the store is very serene even though it can be busy at times. I was very proud to work here.

Cons

Not much, long working hours (nights) if you're in a mall. Sometimes it can be hard to get things done when it's too busy.
