The job offers an excellent work/life balance. There is a lot of support from management and fellow agents. I've been been blessed to have worked with 3 different assistants who did a fantastic job in helping me manage my business. Excellent training and back end support from our corporate offices.

Cons

There is a lot of turnover among new agents. It can be difficult to create a high functioning team of financial representatives when the door is constantly revolving among the representatives.

nice benefits good training fair pay good product line on the financial side Personally , I have been treated fairly Very nice offices

while training at the main office training room contained hidden mikes and cameras to see and hear everything you say and do not one management person who spoke to our training class over two weeks was anything but white when I questioned this I was told there weren't many black candidates in ILLINOIS If your manager likes you , they give you a book of business.(pretty woman tend to get it) P&C rates are absurd....picture the highest rates you've ever seen and add 50% Company has zero name recognition in arizona Benchmarks are attainable but make your job a game.
