      Great chance to learn, supportive company culture

      Cons

      If you don't already have experience as an entrepreneur and can generate your own clients easily, you may not be successful. Company has strict quotas to be met, you don't meet them, you are out the door fast. Managers are not well-trained to help Reps be successful, but put lots of pressure on employees.

      Very good medical, dental and vision benefits. Decent bonus program. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement unless you work at the home office in Bloomington, IL. Lots of management turnover.
