      Excellent products. Salary adequate to begin the position. Company training is very good. Benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      The benchmarks must be met in order to maintain your job. Their needs to be a major overhaul with these requirements to maintain your job. Not sure the company is really concerned with the majority of agents being successful. This may reason why so many agents do not make it.

      Great training for someone starting out in the insurance business and you pretty much a one stop shop for most financial needs.

      Cons

      Little know. No advertising and very conservative. The bench mark rules are not clear. Underwriting is very conservative. Management gives corporate answers.
