      Pros

      Small office makes me feel like part of the family instead of an employee. Some days are super fast and some are super slow, but there's a lot of quiet between the busy, which suits my personality. I feel like my contributions matter, and I know that I am directly helping people. I am learning marketing skills that I didn't have before. No one comes down on me when I make a mistake. Most of all, I feel trusted and valued.

      Cons

      ANCIENT computers that are slower than pondwater. Corporate is not very responsive to technical problems, even when they directly impact customers. Unrealistic expectations of new agents.
