      Good salary to help agents start out. You don't have to struggle with commission only. Support is not far away.

      Cons

      Poor commission structure. Hard to get policies through underwriting. Very pricey insurance. All based on credit.

      Thank you for your review. The base salary gives you some freedom, while having a stable income along the way. Our underwriters and management work hard to provide competitive rates both to our customers and through commissions to our Financial Representatives. In such a dynamic industry and environment, we stay informed to learn about ways to improve and become more competitive.
