Pros

Pension, 401K, salary is decent, work hours can be flexible if you work for the right manager.

Cons

COUNTRY used to be a company that really cared about its employees. It felt like working at a family-owned company. With recent organizational changes, especially in IT, it now simply feels like a job/paycheck.

Pros

Good salary plus commission starting out as a sales rep management does care.

Cons

I don't have any con for country - they have a great product. I have all my insurance through them to this day.
