      Good employees, poor managers

      Pros

      Pension, work life balance and free sporting event tickets.

      Cons

      Insurance not the best, lots of IT lay offs. Definite need to realign marketing so that managers that are clueless about an effort are not in charge of it. Losing their good employees to State Farm constantly.

      It's a stable company.

      Cons

      Not as much room for growth in desired field due to bureaucracy. Very conservative in company culture. Leadership will always wait for what Big Brother across the street is doing, then try to follow their lead with their own version

      Flexible schedule, wide range of products, financial strength, superior claims resolution, customer focused, ethical company

      Low retention rate for reps in the first few years. Lots of products is a double edged sword. Lots of opportunity but sometimes overwhelming. Flexible scedule Retention rate of reps in first few years is low. The large product offering is great but can be overwhelming at times.
