      Pros

      As a Career Rep I have more control of my work schedule to include family time. The pay is good for my area.

      Cons

      Lots of stress to make sales goals. Company sometimes has unrealistic expectations. Several times things are pushed down from Home Office without really knowing how it will effect the field.
