      Pros

      The work atmosphere is ideal. They are super friendly and decently laid-back while remaining very professional. They stress a healthy work-life balance and being able to enjoy your work and work to you best potential. They have great internal communications and transparency and I really truly feel like I know what's going on in the company as just an intern.

      Cons

      I honestly have not experienced any "cons" so far. I'm really loving my internship.

      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly, the environment is great, and they provide interns with a lot of opportunities to network and volunteer. Their is a case study competition for all interns as well as a fishbowl lunch which brings people together. They pay pretty well and I was never treated as less for being an intern, I see myself staying here. They are awesome at letting you job shadow departments and if you talk to your mentor or the internship advisor you can set up days to do that.

      Cons

      With the new generation Y graduating and a lot of the older generation retiring there is a bit of tension in regards to some departments. You have to be self motivated and not be scared to reach out to those with the answers.

      -Everyone has been extremely helpful and welcoming -The people seem to genuinely care about providing quality services -Fun & Relaxed work enviorment -Live well, work well program provides you with fun options like Lunch & Learns, Walking Wednesdays, and other fun opportunities

      -Takes a little bit to adjust to their system
