      Flexible schedule, base salary, training is better than others in industry, easy to hit benchmarks first 8 months, good place for a long term career in insurance

      Pay for own marketing, benchmarks for life insurance, life insurance premium, call nights, stressful, not competitive with the market they want to insure

      Great company true to its values. Highly rated products. Excellent new representative support. A great company to begin an insurance career in.

      Cons

      Difficulty competing with prices. Too frequent benchmark/unit definition changes. Often stressful with an emotional roller coaster type of environment in the beginning.

      Pros

      Good base salary, nice people, health insurance right away, help pay for your licensing, and no one gets in your way.

      Cons

      If you are starting off no one really is there to help. No one lets you know what you should be doing. Not very mentally challenging, and seems like whole-life insurance is the answer to anyone’s financial situation. Extremely basic financial products, six sizes fit all. They basically tack on fees to previously low-fee index fund and call it a managed investment.
