Nice co-workers. Salary for reps.

Cons

Little chance for advancement if you aren't in the good ol' boy club. I've seen people get promoted and become managers who are pure and simple peter principle examples. The upper management here is ridiculous and do not listen to employees. They are too concerned about "Becoming the best Provider of Financial Security in America" Sorry, with lousy financial products and horrible financial commissions, good luck with that pipe dream.

Pros

Base salary is not too bad. You don't have to pay for office space and you do have an office assiatant to help you if they are not too busy with the managers.

Cons

They push P and C insurance, not a true financial company. Low payouts as well. Benefits are awful and no retirement/401K. Don't come here looking to be a financial advisor. You will sell insurance. Also, the company is just about all under 35 years old.

Smaller company. Doesn’t have a lot of the insurance market share.

Cons

Should be a life insurance company only. Should not advertise home and auto insurance because rates are not competitive in that market.
