      Pros

      Company treats clients and employees very well. They always are willing to listen to anyone and ideas that could make the company better.

      Cons

      There are so many products that are offered that for the sales force the training is a tough process because you have to learn a lot as you go which can be frustrating.

      Visible, encouraging leadership Endless development and advancement opportunities Strong traditional and fringe benefits (401k, Pension, health/life/vision/etc., competitive pay - especially for the area /// flexible work situations, good work/life balance, company events & gifts)

      Cons

      The pace at which we evolve our business processes and tech investments is definitely improving but is still an area we need to improve in.
