      Great company, promote inner company advancement, opportunities to be involved, great management, fast raises, ethically sound company, personable executive staff.

      Cons

      Stressful and overwhelming training, pay doesn't touch the competitor in town, hard to schedule time off as a newbie, late night schedule starting out.
