      Pros

      Decent training. Somewhat supportive management. Decent base rate. Supportive employees, team based atmosphere. Nice offices, company helps with advertising. Not a good place to work.

      Cons

      It's all cold calls, rates are not competitive, underwriting is NOT on the reps side, minimal advertising, 10 years behind on technology.

      Its a good start for a new person in the insurance industry as it has a salary for the first year.

      Cons

      The office I worked in was very unprofessional. Was told many lies when I was being recruited. Was demanded to work nights and weekends. I said no.
