      Pros

      Ethical company that sells a great product. Claim service is great so you can feel comfortable standing behind the products.

      Cons

      They are behind on technology. Also, very rural orientated. Nothing wrong with that but they don't necessarily look at things from an urban perspective.

      Pros

      Small-town type environment. Most of the time you get to know the clients very well. Most of the agents in the company are great to work with.

      Cons

      Not enough training on the programs used in daily activities for either agents or the office staff. Programs used to process client changes are not user-friendly most of the time. Some agents have no experience managing office staff or running an office.
