Pros
Incentives for meeting metrics each month that you can save up and use to get merch or gift cards. I had a really good supervisor who did not micromanage. Pay was decent, the vision and dental coverage is good.
Cons
You have to be very careful if you go to management/HR with concerns. Also a lot of people in claims will talk about using PTO to catch up on work and working past their scheduled hours. I did not do that but the way it was talked about like that was normal….
