      Self-Management , Working Remotely being in charge of your life.

      Cons

      Field appraisers do not receive the same credit or benefits as house or desk appraisers in Bloomington, such as lunches, meet and greets, company games / parties and just general recognition. its as if we are the red headed stepchild almost. Not sure of the reason for this as it could just be a matter of whoever is in charge of the field appraisers not initiating events or or pushing for any thing.
