Pros

Great base pay starting out, with good benefits as well. The company does its best to get new agents trained and headed in the right direction.

Cons

Company does not seem to know where they are headed? Recent benchmark changes, has created confusion for the established agents. Hard to hit a moving target. The systems are old and outdated, and the p/c billing has created huge frustrations for clients and agents. The continual push to move home/auto insurance across the nation, is a indicator of who Country is, not a financial company. The new agents are not required to hold financial securities licensing 6 and 63 another sign of whats to come.
