      Excellent products. Salary adequate to begin the position. Company training is very good. Benefits are adequate.

      Cons

      The benchmarks must be met in order to maintain your job. Their needs to be a major overhaul with these requirements to maintain your job. Not sure the company is really concerned with the majority of agents being successful. This may reason why so many agents do not make it.

      Pros

      I have worked here for about 5 months and I love the people I work with. They really care about you and your success and do everything they can to help you succeed. You also get to set your own schedule. You get out what you put it.

      Cons

      Kind of a boring environment at times and pretty slow-paced. Small offices with not many employees.

      Good insurance and investment products.

      Cons

      Want you to push whole life insurance down everyone's throat. The first five year contract is a beast. If you miss your numbers 3 months in a row, you're gone. Numbers are based on "units" which doesn't always result in commissions. Hard to switch gears and focus on revenue after graduating to career contract.
