I don't see any pros working there.

Cons

The management was bad. Projects were often managed by non-technical people. They made decisions with the clients, then pass their decisions to the technical people without having them on board for discussion in the first place. Even if the decisions were bad, the management enforced them. Besides, you pay your own pension. They contribute nothing.
