      High ambitions High degree of professionalism Exciting tasks Great development potential Nice people Great environment I recently joined COWI expecting to become part of a global company with great plans. I haven't been disappointed. And apart from meeting my expectations COWI has proven to be so much more. There is a true willingness to go the extra mile to build the finest professional environment in the business. Furthermore, people here are extremely kind and inclusive which makes being a newcomer so much easier.

      Pros

      Good salary. Some folks are really intelligent and doing the best they can.

      Cons

      The leadership is a mess. No one seems like they want to work there and is always on edge. The principals take zero responsibility for their failings and push off problems or blame lower level employees.
