Great for young engineers to start career, as there are many opportunities to work on signature bridge projects around the US and Canada, as well as potentially around the world. B&T (now COWI North America) is a sister company to COWI in Denmark, which has many other sister companies. You might get a chance to work in the UK or Denmark if you are the lucky few that show interest and get selected when work is slow here or needed for a project there. Cons
Lays off good employees, which affects employee morale. Somewhat chaotic management at times. Work can get monotonous for some engineers, so you should have a clear career path/goal and request type of work you want to work on. Yes men/women are highly appreciated by them, but are often the ones left behind if you don't have a good Head of Section/Group Lead.
