      Pros

      The company has a broad range of skills whilst there is expertise available. There is the opportunity to work in international projects, no job in the world market is too large. While there is a family atmosphere in theme sections.

      Cons

      The administration is extensive and it takes a lot of reports. a lot of decisions centralized at the head office in Copenhagen. There is too much focus on project management and too little on developing the technology.
