Pros
I worked at COWI for nearly a decade. I would summarize the organization as very proffesional, highly skilled (especially in bridges and construction engineering/civil). COWI are good at making systems and are fast at acting on implementation.
Cons
The culture and compensatory system is VERY hierarchical: you progress upwards and pull the ladder up after you as fast as possible. Work life balance is better in other Norwegian consultancies, but it's not bad. There is little interest in the long term for other fields of consultanvy, like planning or architecture.
