Pros

The culture, they do care about who they hire, not only for their technical skills. The culture is casual. And most of the employees are Scandinavian - no conflicts, very peaceful and positive. My HoS literally told me during my PDP: we don't have the goal to keep you here as long as we can, we would like to see you grow and get great opportunities and maybe we will see you back here in some time. If it were not for the salary issue - I wouldn't leave if another opportunity presented itself
