This counts towards public loan forgiveness, staff is nice.

Cons

They overwork and underpay their therapists. Back to back sessions give staff no time to breath in between listening to one trauma and the next!

The IT team I work with is top notch - always supporting each other and getting problems solved. They make you feel like a family member. The salary is competitive and the benefits are second to none! The CEO is a great leader and passionate about leading the company. The mission of the company is evident in its day to day operations and they have great success helping their clients.

Cons

I found it difficult to advance in my career.

Supportive work environment Supervisors are compassionate and caring Lots of coworkers to network with and provide support Great benefits Respectful of personal needs and schedule

Cons

Pay could be higher (below state ave, but higher than most others if including benefits). Don't get me wrong, pay is great, it just doesn't meet cost of living (which might just be the same for most of Jersey)
