Needs work but could be worse

Pros

Decent pay I like the group of people I work with for the most part Paid lunch break OT opportunities Not difficult work Some bonus opportunities I'd recommend if someone needed a job because I've seen worse companies but there's also better out there. So just depends.

Cons

Unorganized for a company that's been around a long time. Expensive benefits. No real training. Have to know someone to get hired. Hours aren't the greatest but could be worse. Get a raise after first year and then none after that. Policies are very unknown.

Steady work

Pros

There is always steady work, with good pay and decent benefits. The work is relatively easy and low stress, and it's all no-touch freight.

Cons

Dispatch sometimes will make errors to your runs, and the onboard hiring process can take longer than it needs to.

A Good Company

Pros

I worked at CPC/Walgreens contract. CPC treats you well and lets you do your job without the typical boss hovering. Their starting pay is slightly lower, but you work up fast, about six months. You are treated like the professional you are trained to be. I enjoyed working for them. I only left for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the company. If I still wanted to be a delivery driver, I would never have left.

Cons

The only downside I saw was that the delivery route on the contract where I worked was on a bid system.
