There WERE pros at one time. None now

Cons

When Mr Bickel ran the company you could feel his influence no matter where in the country you worked. Every person had a great story about this man. Since the new guy took over every one struggles to tell you who it is. No one has met him, no one has a good story to tell other than that they don't know who he is
