Pros

None none none none coffee was good I guess

Cons

Extremely physical job, you’re throwing boxes, cases of water, like 2,000 per location. Your body feels exhausted after the day. Now just imagine how your body would feel doing it 6 days a week... high turn over rate, they have cameras inside of the cab, staring at you, it’s really creepy, sometimes you have to sleep in domiciles, you can get a yard jockey job for 25/hour, that’s what I did, and no staying overnight at some weird place in bumblefk, hours are cut out at 50. You will not get the overtime you would like. If you are doing relays, they switch your pay for .51 com, sorry, that’s too low. Good luck finding good drivers.

Pros

None, You always feel under "attack" from Walgreens Transportation and the thick, ever changing Rules. Walgreens treats All their Employees like this and Most earn below the $22,000 Poverty Line... Walgreens is showing good numbers by using Gov't Assistance Money

Cons

Walgreens has now Slashed most hours Below 50/wk. Paychecks are now Below "Scale" compared to any other company in the area in CT. No 3 day weekends and work on Christmas and New Years for most drivers. Many "Bids" do not give drivers 2 consecutive days off for Rest and the 'Delusion' that they have a "Life".

Pros

As a CPC Logistics CDL driver one has the ability to earn a good living with dedicated routes. I enjoyed my employment with CPC Logistics and was always treated with respect by management.

Cons

Insurance was expensive, especially for the coverage offered. It’s true the insurance available has changed for most people due to the federal government; however there should be a constant search to improve the health benefits for employees.
